This space is ideal for small corporate events, team meetings, and photo/video shoot events. Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and dining area. The meeting table can accommodate 12, and lounge seating is scattered around the house to accommodate additional guests. Home is ideal for Business Meetings, events, or photo/video productions. ***PLEASE note*** - This house is NOT available for large or late-night parties. - If you plan to use a screen/projector in the theater lounge, please note this in your inquiry. ACCESS Parking is available on an adjacent street for up to 6 cars.
