ES: Este es un espacio polivalente preparado para sesiones fotográficas, rodajes y eventos. Situado en Camí de la Verneda 47 local 8. A cinco minutos a pie de la parada de metro de La Pau. ZONA DE MAQUILLAJE Zona separada de la zona principal. Pensada para maquillaje y cambio de vestuario. Equipada con máquina de agua, nevera y cafetera, así como acceso directo desde la calle sin tener que salir por la puerta principal. ALTILLOS Disponemos de dos altillos separados de la zona principal. Uno de ellos está pensado como zona de reunión o descanso CARACTERÍSTICAS - 220 m2 divididos en: zona principal, dos entreplantas, dos baños y zona de maquillaje - Luz natural - Espacio versátil en el que podrás adaptar tu set en diferentes zonas en función de tus necesidades - Aire acondicionado frío/calor - Agua caliente - Aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta del estudio - vaporizador - Zona de reuniones - Fibra óptica EN: This is a multidisciplinary space prepared for photography sessions, filming and events. Located in Camí de la Verneda 47 local 8. A five-minute walk from the La Pau metro stop. MAKE-UP AREA Separate area from the main area. Designed for make-up and costume change. Equipped with a water machine, fridge and coffee maker as well as direct access from the street without having to go out the front door. LOFTS We have two attics separated from the main area. One of them is designed as a meeting or rest area. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
