About the Space

ABOUT: A beautiful Minimalistic studio space with all-white aesthetics. With natural light streaming in from the large warehouse window. Our color backdrops and/or living room set are perfect for your photography needs. Beautiful view of the 6th Street Viaduct bridge during sunset. We are located on the 6th floor of a building in the DTLA Arts District. Nearby to awesome bars and restaurants perfect for a lunch break on longer shoots. We have a contactless check-in / check-out process utilizing a digital lockbox. THE SPACE: *Security Camera in the main shooting area for general safety.* • Beautiful Natural Light from a Large Window • Makeup Vanity Mirror and Hair/MUA station. • Mini Fridge • AC window unit • 2 Large Industrial Fans • 2 Heaters • Passenger Elevator • High-Speed Wifi • Paid Parking Lots + Free Street Parking • Production Supplies (C-Stands, Sandbags, Gaff tape, extension cords, posing box and V-flats) • Bluetooth Music Speaker • 2 x Seamless Paper Backdrops (Black and White) • Additional backdrop colors included are blue, light blue, red, pink, light pink, gray and reflective mylar paper • Clothing Rack • Freight Elevator (Advance Notice Needed / Details Below ) • Close to many restaurants and coffee shops ( Zinq Cafe, Blue Bottle Coffee, Wurstküche, etc. )

Parking description

Large Convenient Paid onsite Parking lot attached to the building for $12 per day. Our building is surrounded by several other parking lots, all with different prices. Limited free street parking around the corner from the studio.

Lighting description

Our windows will have direct sunlight coming in during the morning (starting from around 8 am to 10 am). After that, we would get indirect sunlight. The window is east facing. Black out curtains are available on supply rack. Place suction cups with black curtains on window.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

*Please note, this is NOT a soundproof space. We would highly recommend bringing appropriate audio recording equipment and soundproofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading dock with a ramp to load items into the building during business hours. The loading dock is located on Mill st. Loading dock times would be 8 am - 6 pm M-F. There is a freight elevator that is available with a site rep. After-hours usage is possible but only when requested 48 hrs in advance. Approval must be granted from building management and a site rep must be on location to operate. The regular passenger elevator is available 24hrs 7 days a week. ELEVATOR SIZE: H x 7.5 Ft W x 4.5 Ft D x 3.5 Ft Door Opening 2.5 Ft

There's MUA/dressing area that is closed off with large curtains.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is located next to the door(gray cover). There are 9 outlets total. If electrical outlets stop working, the circuit has shorted. Open the circuit break box. Switches should be flipped: #1 RIGHT, #2 LEFT, #3 RIGHT.

General Rules

• No Smoking Allowed (No Exceptions) • No Pets • No Glitter, Confetti, Paint • Large Trash must be removed from the building. Large trash is an amount that cannot fit within the trash can in the studio or trash bins in the hallway. There is a trash room inside the hallway. • Please return the studio to the condition it was in. Careful moving furniture and props. Please do not step on the white rug with shoes. *Please be careful with the White Columns Decor as they are very fragile. • Booked hours include load-in/load-out, set-up, and tear-down. Any overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at the end of your booking. A freight elevator us available M-F 8am-6pm. Further instructions will be given to you if you need access. The regular passenger elevator information: ELEVATOR SIZE: H x 7.5 Ft W x 4.5 Ft D x 3.5 Ft Door Opening 2.5 Ft

Please return the studio to the condition it was in. Careful moving furniture and props. Please be careful with the White Columns Decor as they are very fragile.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We minimize our interaction with the guests in order to promote proper social distancing. We also limit the number of bookings we have in a day in order to allow time for re-cleaning of the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
