No loud music after 11pm unless allowed by local law, zoning, or permits. No smoking. No pets allowed. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include setup and tear down time - please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Productions must provide valid filming permits before let into location. No eating or drinking inside of location or pre-designated areas. No selling alcohol or cannabis without proper permits. No alcohol consumption unless allowed by local law, zoning, or proper permits. Only VIPs can use the restrooms with production crews above 25 people. Onsite manager is required for all bookings. Respect the neighbors' privacy. All production with a crew of 50 or more require licensed and bonded security. No parking on the street where not permitted, and no blocking neighbors driveways even for a short period of time. Security deposit is required for every booking. No one allowed over the max crew size number without written permission from owner. Over time rate is 2x the normal rate and overtime is described as any time over the stated agreed upon time in contract. Production shall stay off grass as much as possible, unless needed for a scene Producer is responsible for and shall remove all trash and debris from the location at the conclusion of of project. No glue or tape on the walls that might damage paint. Only the proper type of tape is allowed that wont do any damage. Producer will place lay-out board and /or furniture padding in the exterior areas where there will be heavy foot traffic and where equipment will be placed.
