About the Space

The space is a massive 2500sq / 20 feet ceiling loft/photo studio located in the heart of Greenpoint. Anything from photoshoots to music videos to production meets & castings is possible in the space. The space is square shaped which allows you to divide it into multiple sets if needed or into multiple areas to work in.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The place is beautiful, spacious and definitely a Brooklyn vibe. Unfortunately the Wifi did not work but I blame it to Mercury in retrograde lol The staff is very friendly and we really tried to fix the problem. Worth booking for video content or photoshoots.

I'm so happy I went forward with booking this space for my event. The space was perfect, I loved it & so did my guests. Charles was a great host and the process was so smooth. An amazing space! It was able to accommodate 30+ plus people for my birthday party. Received many compliments regarding how unique the space was. Counter top and fridge made serving food to guests easy. Charles was pleasant, responsive and available for questions. Would recommend this space to family and friends and use again for future events.
