Jacob is an exceptional host; one whom responds attentively and checks in during the visit to make sure everything is ok. The facility is clean and modern with a super clean restroom, kitchen area, and coat hanging area. We had a wonderful experience with Jacob. We had guests asking us how we found this place and some looking to book it in the near future. We for one will be coming back for our small gathering celebrations. Jacob and his brother are awesome! They are very kind and attentive. My family and I had a memorial for my aunt there. The space was perfect! It was super clean. It was stocked with tissue, paper towels, hand soap and other things to clean with if needed. The refrigerator and microwave was clean and ready for use. I’d recommend using this space to anyone and everyone. You won’t be disappointed! Our next gathering I’ll be looking to these awesome, kind brothers again. 10/10

The host was very attentive to everything I needed from the first message. The space was clean and just enough room for my family member memorial service for around 40 people. The space provided the basic items we needed that we didn’t bring like tissue, baggage bags and paper towels. Overall this was a great booking and I will definitely recommend and rebook with them again.

My first time ever using Peerspace and it was such a great experience! The Hosts (Jacob & John) were incredible, friendly, helpful, accessible, on time, and always made time for me to ask questions and view the space! I hosted a super bowl party in this space with a little over 50 + people. The hosts made sure that everything was clean and ready to go for us. The hosts also made sure that the projector and sound was working and answered any questions I had. The hosts made time 2x during the week to meet with me and show me the place so I could plan and organize. Everything worked out perfectly. Absolutely zero complaints. I would recommend upgrading the sound system to something better quality but that was the least of my worries. 10/10 - 100% will use this space again!! Totally recommended!!
