About the Space
5,000 sq. ft. barn sitting on a quiet 90 acres in the Hudson Valley. Open interior and exterior spaces perfect for film and photography, equipped with a catering kitchen, bathrooms, and a bar. 3/4 of the property sits on open fields, surround by wooded areas and a small creek. Location is within minutes to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and is about a 15 minutes away from an Amtrak station.

Parking description
50 car parking lot on site, as well as a drive way next to farmhouse.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Amplified audio kept within agreed upon decibels and stops at 10PM.
No one outside of property lines.
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Never store, transport, or possess hazardous material on site.
No hunting or firearms on site.

Exterior cameras around the farmhouse. Exterior and interior cameras in barn space; can be deactivated if deemed necessary.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We implement a 12 hour timeframe between guests staying on site, in order to properly clean and sanitize all areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
