About the Space
This space features a cottage with a full size bathroom, kitchenette with full size stove, sink and a refrigerator. The backyard has been fully remodeled with an abundance of foliage, artificial turf and pavers. There is a patio with a table and chairs, and other Adirondack chairs for your use. The interior furniture can be moved around to make more of an open concept. The driveway area is designed to have a buffet area and bar set up. We can provide catering and bartending services as an add on.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
