About the Space
A centrally located 750 Sq. foot flexible basement space. Many options to set up for group working, offsite or panel discussion. With 9 foot ceilings, this space is bright and spacious. It features a full bathroom, a wet bar with mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate and microwave. Can't forget the LED lighting system and flexible furniture on casters. Large 100" projector screen with bluetooth and HDMI connection. It is located in the Northeast Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood and is easily accessible by public transit. Proceeds from bookings support artists who need a space to work or rehearse who wouldn't otherwise be able to fund renting.

Esther is WONDERFUL and THE 2509 was perfect for my gathering. I had a concert here with two Grammy nominated professional musicians, and the stage and lights and entire space all were perfect for us! Esther was GREAT to work with and the space is exactly as advertised... plus Esther put out all the chairs ahead of time and she got hot water for me and she was very very friendly and helpful the whole time. Wonderful spot!!
