About the Space
A centrally located 750 Sq. foot flexible basement space. Many options to set up for group working, offsite or panel discussion. With 9 foot ceilings, this space is bright and spacious. It features a full bathroom, a wet bar with mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate and microwave. Can't forget the LED lighting system and flexible furniture on casters. Large 100" projector screen with bluetooth and HDMI connection. It is located in the Northeast Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood and is easily accessible by public transit. Proceeds from bookings support artists who need a space to work or rehearse who wouldn't otherwise be able to fund renting.

Wonderful space! Everyone loved it! And the host is lovely and helpful. The only drawback is that it gets quite loud if you have the max number of people. The space could benefit from microphones if you are giving presentations/performances.

this space was so great! we had a small team retreat there and the space was clean and decorated so well. Esther was a really great host, setting out coffee, tea and office supplies before our arrival. She also checked in before hand to see if we needed a white board and projector, which we did and were so grateful for.

This space is such a gem - cozy, welcoming and versatile. We gathered for pizza and board games on a chilly night and had so much fun relaxing in this thoughtfully put together space. There was even a little container of office supplies which it turned out we needed for score keeping and opening brand new card decks of Dutch Blitz! Esther is a fabulous host - responsive with great attention to detail, who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

There was even a little container of office supplies which it turned out we needed for score keeping and opening brand new card decks of Dutch Blitz! This place was perfect for my friend’s 30th birthday bash! The projector allowed me to have a movie on in the background and plenty of furniture to move around and it all worked out super well. Esther was amazing and very helpful walking through all the space details. Would book again!

Ester is an incredibly kind and generous host. I had my 36th birthday party in this space. Its so easy to transform into a dancable, fun place with lights and easy music. We were able to play Jackbox games on the projector. If Peerspace isn't being forthright, this is a no-alcohol space! It was just fine for my group, we're all mostly sober anyway. I loved how much seating was available, and how easy it was to add a couple tables for snacks. Wi-fi connection is easy & reliable. The value for what you receive is above and beyond. I'm booking again, for sure!! This is the kindest, most thoughtful party host in Portland, hands down.

Great experience, very cool, very Portland vibe. Kitchenette is very small so keep that in mind. Long rectangular room so a bit hard to arrange but overall an eclectic nice space

I would definitely rebooked if I have another event it feels like home and family using the space I like the art the decorations I think it's a perfect space I would always book it. The space is perfect size
