About the Space
Huge backyard with multiple furniture options for various scenes and photoshoot backgrounds. Inside the home offers four bedrooms, two have been professionally decorated, two are simple and leave room for your own creativity. Let us know about any re-staging you'd like to do, and we will likely approve any upgrades for your needs. Long term rentals welcome, discounts available for long productions. Long productions are subject to Peerspace rules about no overnight guests and all other applicable policies. COI required, or we can independently offer an alternative insurance option. *If you have special requests for staging, we are willing to coordinate murals and certain additional features for separate fees and with sufficient advance notice.

General Rules
Smoking outside ONLY. If my cleaners, maintenance professionals, or I smell smoke of any kind inside the home, the guest is responsible for a $2000 extra cleaning fee and the cost of any refund due to the next renter for smoke and/or odor related complaints.
Late check out without permission automatically entitles the host to recover double the prorated hourly price and the costs of any refunds associated with the turnover process or the next renter's reservation.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This home is professionally cleaned before and after every reservation to ensure our high standards are met consistently and you can expect things to look as they do in our photos.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
