This is the space to try that weird idea that might work. Or your cool idea that will totally work! This flexible studio space can be whatever you need it to be. Rental includes basic grip package. Studio Dimensions: 25′ 6″ x 27′ $60/hr for weekdays during business hours (7am-5pm) 2 hour minimum on weekdays. If outside of these hours an hourly minimum may apply depending on project scope. $90/hr is the weekend rate. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Need a tour? Booking an event? Board meetings, workshops, classes, or even a book launch. The space can accommodate 50-100 people. THE LOCATION & BUILDING Conveniently located in industrial midway of St. Paul, Minnesota, central to the Twin Cities metro. FREE parking lot with an additional overflow parking lot good for trucks and trailers. ADA building entry with wheelchair ramp located on the parking lot side of the building. Accessible wide hallways with elevator. Drive-in loading dock, industrial sized freight elevator, and extra large passenger elevator. Locker rooms with showers located on Level 1 of the Wycliff Building. Indoor bike storage. INCLUDED IN YOUR STUDIO RENTAL Lounge space (this is a shared spaced unless reserved exclusively by reserving all studio spaces) Any props, furniture, or items in the studio you are renting can be used. Basic Grip Package Coffee, tea, water Vanity & dressing area Rolling tables | Rolling Chairs (2) Rolling monitors EXTREME and reliable internet (livestream ready) 6 sizable single use gender neutral restrooms and water fountain station in the hallway by the studio suite. THE YOU MUST KNOW STUFF: -The lounge is a shared space. If you want the lounge space exclusively, you must do an all studio space rental. -Day rates are 10 hour rentals during business operating hours 7AM – 5PM | Monday through Friday. -Subject lighting is not provided, so plan on renting or bringing your own.
