We are located in a quiet industrial street in Long Island City. The 7 Train is only a ACTIVITIES -Photography -Videography -Events -Meetings -Paint and Sip -Small gatherings Layout/Amenities -Holds 25 people easily -Bar -Vanity Mirror -Grassy wall -Couch -Arcade Machine

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Very kinda and attentive host. The place was compact and cozy; perfect for our small gathering. The place had all the commodities we could ask for and the aesthetic was awesome! Would enjoy booking this place again!
