About the Space

We are located in a quiet industrial street in Long Island City. The 7 Train is only a few blocks away. The space comes equipped with 4 lights, 3 backdrops, 10 4'x4' tables, 20 chairs and a rolling rack. A steamer is also available, all included in the rental for no extra cost. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

This space was perfect! The brick and grass wall made decorating the space easy for my small gathering. The host was very accommodating and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and offered further help if needed. I will definitely book again!

Had a small gathering here and WOW amazing Jose was extremely accommodating the place was beautiful clean spacious and very well equipped with anything you may need i definitely recommend this space .
