About the Space

Truly one-of-a-kind space for your indoor/outdoor event! We specialize in wellness events with our outdoor gym, sauna, 2 cold plunges, fire pit, and grilling deck. The space flows from our 2 story warehouse room with stage and multiple seating arrangements right into the outdoor area with all the amenities. Events with multiple parts are our specialty! You can flow from an outdoor BBQ on the artificial grass under the string lights straight into a lecture on the stage inside.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Beautiful space in a great location! Hosts were wonderful. They were extremely responsive and allowed us to maximize the space. Would absolutely book again in the future.

Yes, I would book again.

Brian was a great host! The space he had was amazing for our holiday office party and everyone kept mentioning how much they loved it! Brian was super accommodating and even helped us with the setup for karaoke, which I appreciated very much. Hoping we have another event in the future, where we can utilize Brian's space again.
