A whimsical 1940's California two bedroom cottage encased in plantation shutters with an architectural turret in the southwest corner. Great natural light during the day, beautiful shadowing in the early morning hours, and golden hour sun beams in the backyard late afternoon. The interior has a variety of usable furniture that varies from art deco and memphis to mid-century modern (including a 1928 baby grand), and the turfed backyard with towering hedges is yours to use as well. The large bedroom is furnished, and the smaller bedroom has been cleared for back of house, though we can prepare the house in whatever way best suits your needs. Both the living room and backyard are large enough to accommodate long dining layouts, group circles, or team building activities, and our galley kitchen is perfectly suited for catering and food service. In the past, we've hosted music video shoots, photo shoots, retreats, and dinner parties at this location. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
