About the Space
Spacious open area, which can be utilized by dance class, exercise class, meetings, photo shoots, corporate events, family events, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, bat mitzvah, quinceanera, sweet 16, and sip and paint. There is an elevator for any handicapped guests. There are Bluetooth speakers with microphone. There is a refrigerator, and microwave for guest use. The space is 3000sqft, and can be split by our portable room divider. There is a disco ball with disco light in ceiling.

Glass windows that cannot be open. Natural light can be controlled by curtains. The brightest is during lunch time.

We are on a busy street. Noise cannot be heard from neighbors.

Loading trucks can unload in front of space, but truck will have to be moved once done. No ramp needed.

Electrical system description
There are about 15 outlets on the side where the dance floor resides. They are along the wall and inside DJ room, also the circuit breakers as well.

General Rules
No smoking, vaping, or hookah of any kind. No weapons allowed. No loitering or hanging around outside of building. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is only allowed with our licensed bartender serving it, for an additional fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
One day event insurance, with the venue listed as additional insured.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
It can be moved to an area of building not being used. Wall decorations can be moved as well.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras recording visual, and still images in the front entrance, foyer, and inside space. They will be on. The cameras are also 2 way audio talk.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned between bookings. There are lysol wipes, glass cleaner, and paper towels for guests to use. There is also a broom and dust pan.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
