This amazing loft is perfect for any occasion! Birthday, Bachelor party, Gender reveal, Group get together or date night. This loft has a Pool table, Projector, 75" smart tv, Surround Sound, Dart Board, there is never a dull moment in this space. *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT HOURLY RATES DIFFER FOR WEEKDAYS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND OTHER DATES* *SHOWINGS NOT AVAILABLE* *Mini Basketball rim and Arcade are just for decorative purposes, not functional.* No Hookah or cigarette smoking permitted.*

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was fantastic — the working fridge and freezer were great for our needs on Friendsgiving. Plenty of space to spread out and the projector/TV combo was great for putting on the game and a movie.
