A clean, modern townhome in between Hollywood/K-town. This glamorous townhome will have you transported back in time with its charm and beauty defining old Hollywood glamor. Beautifully decorated with vibrant colors, lots of natural light and iconic celebrity posters, providing picture perfect moments throughout the home. This is a three story home, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Indoor space can be used for filming and photoshoots. Private bathrooms and full kitchen.

Parking description
Two garage spots and free parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please make sure to read all posted signage before parking. You cannot block the garage as the neighbors will tow you.

General Rules
No smoking allowed in the building. You will be fined if there is smoke residue or smell in the home.
No parking in front of the garage.

Production insurance is required
Production and Entertainment General Liability Insurance that has property damage coverage and third person bodily injury liability is required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and wall decor can be moved as needed, so long as they are returned back to their original spot. I would prefer that furniture is not removed from the building.

We dust all surfaces such as window sills, hanging light fixtures, picture frames, furniture, and baseboards. We finish with a thorough vacuuming. In bedrooms, we also include the option to vacuum the master closet and make up the bed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
