About the Space

Entire first floor is open - including dining room, living room and kitchen areas. There are 3 bar stools adorning a kitchen peninsula, 6 dining chairs surrounding a nearby dining table, a comfortable couch that seats 3, and 2 arm chairs, seating a total of 14 upstairs. Stairs to a vibrant basement/recreation area are open, as a mid-point feature of the upstairs. In the rec area, a sturdy loveseat seats 2, with 2 arm chairs and a nearby bench for total seating of 6-7. Rec area features games, puzzles and books to suit all ages. This space has something for everyone! Outdoor patio has fire pit and seats 6 on stylish Adirondack chairs with drink holders.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I absolutely love this spot . My guest came in and said “ oh my God .. How did you find this place ? “ . Everything is so clean and beautifully decorated. Nice inside and nice back yard sitting area . Also the host are very quick responders . Everything went so smooth . I got some great podcast video in this home . Would I book again ? 🤔.. Well , Do most birds fly ? HECK YEA !!!
