About the Space
Located in Irvine CA. near the John Way Airport. The studio is great for photos and video recording. Great space for content creation. Includes makeup room and a wardrobe room. Different backdrops at request, professional lighting available. 3 pre-built sets that can be configured to your needs. Free parking the premises.The studio has wireless internet and AC & Heat. Full service studio. Available grip with (12) full size C-stands, sandbags, (1) steamers, wardrobe racks and many extras. We have booms, boxes, scrims and many other amenities. If you need it, we probably have it. We also have 2 vending machines, snacks and drinks.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
No windows, there's no natural light, we do have several kit lights to manipulate lighting inside of the studio depending on your type of production.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We do not have soundproof walls but sound ins minimum in our studio.

There's a side door with more space to load equipment if needed.
Staging area is available
We do have a dressing room, we have included photos, there's a couch, table, mirror and clothes rack for wardrobe.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have outside and inside close circuit cameras in all entry ways, each corner of in the main room and one in each office expect conference room and private office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional crew come in every night to clean all spaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
