About the Space
The media room is clean with a bunch of custom goodies! Just bring a micro SD card if you'd like to record your audio from the fully included rodecaster. Any photo/film will need to be recorded on your own cameras as we do not provide those. Full list of goodies: - Height-adjustable and rolling table ---> It's completely wired and setup for a 4 mic audio/podcast recording setup. - Professional photography paper backdrop ---> Three colors available (royal blue, black, and white) - Walls are completed with sound dampening panels - Various box and panel lights to use - Wifi The location is easy to find, located off Arizona Ave and very available. Secure building with pin code access.

Parking description
We have a parking lot and all the uncovered parking is free, and is on a first come, first serve basis. Street parking is also available but the parking lot rarely fills up.

There's 3 standard outlets spaced throughout the conference room with plenty of power strips for additional power needs.

General Rules
- No smoking allowed in the building
- Please be sure to use only OUR parking lot, for you and your guests
- Please be courteous and aware of the other tenants in our building
- If any production items are broken or mishandled, you will be responsible for replacing.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture cannot be removed from the building but it can be moved outside of the media room if needed.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have 24/7 video surveillance on in the inside and outside of the building. Cameras are located near the ceilings in the common areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is fully cleaned by a professional in-between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
