About the Space

We welcome you to our large conference space, perfect for meetings - virtual or in person, for mediations and for small classes and trainings. The Conference room comes equipped with 65" Samsung 4K TV to show your presentations. For larger than 12 we have a studio that can be set up in a conference style seating . ( see pictures). There is no monitor in the larger room. It can be used there with an additional fee. You will also have access to our waiting room, restrooms and kitchen area, where we have a Keurig, full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, table and chairs. Conference Room Details: - Wifi - Room holds 10 participants comfortably - 65" LG 4k TV for crystal clear presentations( Conference Room Only) - Optional Whiteboard for collaboration

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I cannot say enough about this space and about Jeff! We were welcomed with open arms, given a tour, and provided with an unmatched amazing service and hospitality! I just met Jeff and utilized this space for the first time but I will be a repeat customer!!!! And get this, Penguins are everywhere!!! My literal favorite! Thank you soooooo much, Jeff!!!!

I would 1000% recommend this space. Jeff is an amazing host. The space was clean, welcoming and inviting. It had everything we needed for our event. I will definitely use this space again. Do not hesitate to work with Jeff.
