About the Space

Just off the northern end of Seattle's Lake Union, south of the I-5 Ship Canal Bridge, this home sits two moorage slips in from the west end of the marina dock with some rather dramatic rooftop deck views. Watch the seaplanes take off and land all day long. Top of the space needle viewable as well! Great little space for a small rooftop deck gathering, photo or video shoot (note constant freeway noise nearby). Available space on property for use: Main living room, kitchen, head (bathroom), upper rooftop deck, immediate surrounding docks (with host present), and kayaks. 2 single person kayaks with adult life jackets available for use. Just a quick paddle across the water from Ivar's Salmon House, Westward (beachside oyster bar), the new Bowriders Grill, and Agua Verde, all with public docks to tie up to! Life jackets provided. Vintage motor boat charter available with an additional fee. Back deck has fenders and tie-up point, available for a small craft. Feel free to reach out to us with any special requests. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Jen was super helpful! We had a great shoot (and some kayaking) at this space. Gorgeous view of the water and the bridge from the roof! And interesting spaces to shoot around the boat. We didn't use much of the inside, cause it was tiny.
