Introducing a Spanish Revival worthy of royalty. On top of the hill, this exceptional property enjoys stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay from nearly every room! The coffered ceilings, period details and wrought iron spiral staircase are reminiscent of colonial days. This home is perfect for your next film shoot, photography shoot, etc. We've hosted all sorts of activities in the past and are certain our space is perfect for your next production. General Rules
ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE
A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee.
LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking.
RESTRICTIONS:
*No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building.
*No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site.
*No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects.
*No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed.
INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES
Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
