Welcome to The Creators Studio! The colorful loft is on the second floor of The Chelsea building in the heart of Scottsdale. This bright unit gets tons of natural light throughout the day with both north and south-facing windows. Perfect for capturing lifestyle, fashion, studio portraits, headshots, branding, boudoir, or hosting an event, off-site, meeting, or party. *This is the Production booking listing page. If you are looking to book an Off-Site, Meeting or Event, please click on our Host profile and submit your booking for the appropriate listing.* Shooting areas include: Three different wallpapers, a beautiful claw foot bathtub, vintage TV, whitewashed brick, neon sign with a dried floral installation, full-size mirror, pink arched bookshelves filled with unique decor, wall bed, and a vanity for 'getting ready' style shots. ADD ON'S: Backdrops: Seamless paper system (thunder gray, white, and egg nog)-$70 Paul Buff strobe and trigger- $50 The Creators Studio *PRODUCTION* Booking Rules: -No smoking is allowed in the studio. -This is a self-service remote location - Studio manager will be available via text message, so please read the rules, directions, and descriptions thoroughly. -Second-floor walk-up building with no elevator access. -No early access permitted - code access will begin at booking time. -Please be respectful of the site. Feel free to move furniture within your room to meet your needs, but please return the room to the original layout. -No pets allowed without the prior consent of a company representative. -You will be charged an additional cleaning fee for chewing gum, smoking, cigarette butts, etc. - Glitter and confetti is allowed in the studio if it is completely cleaned up at the end of your rental. -Please DO NOT allow your clients to change in the lobby/public areas, or walk around the building while undressed, as it is a public space. -NO WATER or milk is allowed in the CLAWFOOT TUB. -Please DO NOT MOVE THE CLAWFOOT TUB without prior approval and assistance; otherwise, you are subject to a damage fee. -No shoes allowed on white rug except by talent while actively shooting. -Keep noise and music to a minimum to be respectful of neighbors. -Front door must remain shut at all times. -Please be aware of the overtime rules. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. -Crews of 10 or more will incur an additional fee. -No drugs or alcohol may be consumed in our space.
