About the Space
Come check out the ranch first hand at Rustys Roundup. This 1 acre horse arena turned into vintage trailer park. Located in the heart of Murrieta and just 10 miles from the wineries! Check out the ranch, hang out with animals, play outdoor games and have tons of photo ops with Big Russ & more

General Rules
Rustys Roundup Rules
-NO FEEDING THE ANIMALS. I don’t care if you grew up on a ranch or had animals. DO NOT FEED OURS OR YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT.
-NO going inside animal corals
-Clean up after yourself
-Don’t be a loud asshole
-Don’t be a obnoxiously drunk asshole
-No wandering the property. Stay in the arena & feel free to say hi to the animals.
-Throw sheets and pillow cases on top of the bed when you leave.
-Please be careful in the trailers. They are all 50+ years old. If something breaks notify us to fix it.
-Don’t sit on the railroad ties as some have oil and you will get dirty.
-When don’t using the outdoor/indoor games please put them away.
-Be aware that you will be in the dirt.
All ages are allowed in the space

We have security cameras. They are located various spots of the ranch.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
It’s a ranch out in the middle of a horse arena. Come breath some fresh air
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
