About the Space
Property is over,1,252 Sqt feet living space. The whole lot sits on .73 Acres of land. The backyard area with a small patio chair set and a fire pit by the back corner of the house is great space for gathering with family and friends, house works well for film shoots, meetings, photo shoots, intimate dinners, or pop ups. It is set up like a home, with a formal dining area, living room. The house flows nicely from room to room. Available for photo shoots or outdoor events, pop up, and fundraisers, dinners and cocktail parties.

The Property can only only host about 10 cars, but there is ample parking towards the back o the house if necessary.
General Rules
Your shoot, your choice! However,
Whatever you want to do, just please leave the house as you found it.
No smoking inside the property.
Please make sure to clean and return everything to its place.
Reasonable neighborhood noise level.
No Music after 11 pm
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm Unless approved by Host/owner
No pets allowed.
OVERTIME:
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our standard hourly rate.
No pets inside the house.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are currently 2 video cameras provided by ADT that monitor the outside premises of the property. One in front of the house and another for the back.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
