About the Space
This studio is a 922 square ft unique boutique dance space with abundant natural light, nicely finished brick and timber, high ceilings, a full kitchen, and bathroom, with separate office space and lounge all near Soma's hugely popular restaurants, bars, and cafes. Great for private events, photo shoots, filming, pop-ups, design work, gallery space, yoga/dance classes, entertaining clients, or simple office work. Amenities include sound system, rolling full length mirrors, fireplace, kitchen. We look forward to sharing our space with you soon!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
