Free onsite parking for up to six vehicles. There are 3 spots available in the driveway, and ample parking for remaining vehicles in the lot to the left of the house.

All windows have blinds and/or blackout curtains to block out any natural light if needed.

You are on a private 5 acres with no directly adjacent neighbors, so it is very private.

Equipment can be loaded directly into the space, there are no stairs.

Game Room or Main House

The circuit breaker is located on the main house exterior with a subpanel on the game room exterior.

By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all house rules. You also acknowledge and accept that the host has the right to keep the security deposit amount in full, if any of the rules below are not adhered to. Please note that this is an active short-term vacation rental property. You will be required to book the home for the night before your photo/video shoot, and the day of your photo/video shoot, for a minimum of a 2-day stay. ► No smoking inside or within 16 feet of the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. ► PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. We are on a sensitive septic system (no wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.) ► PLEASE CONSERVE WATER. The home uses a treated water cistern that is filled only once each week by the local water company. ► NO FIRES, including candles, except for the propane backyard firepit and BBQ. This is a high-risk fire area, please help us prevent wildfires. ► No parties (more than 10 people on the property will constitute a party) ► Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM. ► Daytime/overnight guest max: 10ppl / 6ppl. ► Keep doors closed at all times. Open doors invite bugs, mice and other desert critters in. ► Security cameras are to be left on at all times. They are located in the front of the house only by the front driveway, front door, and side parking area, not in private areas or facing the backyard. By accepting these rules you offer your consent and acknowledgement that you may be recorded on camera or video used for security purposes only. ► No pets (we love fur babies, but the owner and his two children have severe, potentially fatal, pet hair allergies) You acknowledge that non-compliance will result in a $500 fine and a cancelled reservation without a refund. ► Off road vehicles are restricted by the town of 29 Palms to OHV areas only ► Guest agrees to pay violation fees assessed by the city or county for incidences that occurred during their stay, including sound violations and all other fines by not complying with city or county rules. LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS and OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold HOSTS and OWNERS harmless. Finally, have fun and kindly treat the house and wildlife on the property with respect. We put a lot of love into it and we would like our future guests to enjoy it as much as you. Thank you!
