About the Space

A beautiful 3200 sq ft warehouse located in the heart of Dallas' design district. This warm and welcoming space is filled with tons of natural light perfect for photo and video shoots, coworking and creating workshops, and gatherings. The warehouse is complete with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, as well as heat/air conditioning, wifi access and free street parking. If you want us to remove it, you must let us know in your booking request, otherwise it will remain as is. We offer two 8-foot tables, and 6 chairs. If you need to bring in more furniture (tables, chairs), you are welcome to bring them into the space. You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks. We have a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, countertops) as seen in the photos, for your convenience. Your booking time must include your set up and tear down/cleaning time. This typically requires one extra hour. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed on the premises, inside or outside.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

10/10! I hosted a pre-elopement lunch reception and it was the perfect size to make all guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The space was clean, had great lighting, and was aesthetically pleasing! The hosts were super helpful and friendly. Thanks again!! <3

We rented this place to have my daughter's first baby shower. And it was a great turnout! This place was spotless and the most convenient! Not all venues will keep their conditions as pristine as Tom and Olympia did! As a plus, we were able to control the temperature! Everyone raved about the property and how they would like to host their own event here. I would definitely come again as a customer in the future!
