About the Space
Here at our professional meet-up space we offer a dedicated receptionist during your office stay with us. We offer a printing station and private restrooms for our business owners. We provide two different size spaces. You can pick the size that fits your professional need. The space can be utilized for meetings, conferences with your team or client. Also, the space can be used for classroom settings, corporate holiday parties and professional events. We welcome consultants, podcasters, tax preparers, film creators, and sophisticated realtors. Parking description
We provide parking along the building, and we have a dedicated parking lot a few steps away from the building. Also, we have valet parking.
General Rules
No smoking in the building and within the workspace.
No alcohol allowed in building or workspace unless discussed with our specialist.
No loud music between the times of 9AM-5PM.
Outside catering is allowed.
Outside event decorator is allowed on the day of your booked event.
Booking is from 9AM-5PM business hours. Booking after 5PM or on the weekend, will have to be arranged with our specialist.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have 24-hour security cameras around the building. Also, we have a receptionist downstairs who check guest in and out for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We ensure our workspace is cleaned and sanitized for the safety of our guest. If you've been in contact with anyone who was sick, please inform us and we will be more than glad to reschedule your appointment. Also, if you have any symptoms of a fever, flu or cold, please let us know and we will be more than glad to reschedule your appointment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
