About the Space
Our 60 acre family farm has been our home for 4 generations. It is full of history including two antique bank barns from the mid/late 1800s. We have acres of beautiful grass pasture as well as wooded hillsides. We keep horses, pigs and chickens in addition to vegetable gardening. We also have antique tractors and cars. All is this is located just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

We are near a flight path to CVG airport. You can also occasionally hear faint trains and barges from the river. We don’t have many neighbors and the neighbors we do have are all family spread out across the 60 acres.

General Rules
The farm is home to our family and extended family so some areas are off limits. We keep various livestock so their safety and security is our top priority. Contact with animals maybe limited or unavailable. All pastures are carefully managed for hay production and animal forage so rainy weather may mean certain areas are closed to vehicles or equipment. This is a working farm so usage of space cannot impact day to day farm business.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
