•Smoking of any tobacco product is NOT allowed in the studio. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. • Pets allowed only with prior consent • All ages are allowed in the studio. Bookee must be 18 years or older to confirm booking. • Vehicles allowed only with prior consent. Vehicles that leave track marks on epoxy floor will incur a $30 cleaning fee • Any and all damages found after the scheduled booking are the responsibility of the person/persons who have rented the studio. NUD Studio Employees will inspect the studio before and after booking. • No guns or weapons will be allowed in the studio. Prop guns or weapons allowed only with prior consent and inspection. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. No fire or pyrotechnics allowed without a permit or have a fire marshall present. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. • No fake blood, squibs, or smoke bombs will be allowed in the studio. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. • No pornography of any kind. • No loitering in the exterior parking lot. • NUD studio is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged items during the booking. • Any property damage done to the studio will be charged to the renter(s) credit card on file for the original booking. • Any props/property belonging to NUD Studio that gets lost or damaged during a booking is the responsibility of the renter(s) and will be charged at full cost to the renter(s) credit card on file for the original booking. • Infinity Wall can be pre-painted/Freshly painted for an additional $40 fee and must give notice when booking time for the studio. • NUD Studio holds no responsibility for any medical injuries occurred during the booking, nor the extension of the harm after the booking has concluded. • Renters are at their own risk of injury. • Renter/Client is only able to occupy the studio space with five (5) people per booking unless with prior consent. • $30 cleaning fee required if Studio is left with hard to clean products by renters. Staines and garbage found in Studio will incur a $30 cleaning fee. • NUD Studio employees will inspect and walk through the studio before and after all bookings to ensure a clean, sanitized and usable space. • Renters must check in and check out with NUD Studio Employee before and after all bookings. • Any additional time that is approved during the booking will be billed at check out. • Cancellations must be given with a 48 hour notice for a full refund. • Customers who do not give a 48 hour notice of cancellation will not be given a refund. • NUD Studio reserves the right to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is occurring on our premises. • Furniture and decor may be moved • Production insurance is not required.
