About the Space
Modern residence in Sonoma wine country. Designed by architect John Maniscalco of SF. 1 acre property with main house, pool cabana and various outdoor decks and patios All rooms feature fleetwood floor to ceiling glass walls along with modern bleached oak paneled interior walls. Main rooms have retractable glass walls that create the ultimate indoor/outdoor transtional space. Outdoor features include pool, outdoor bbq/kitchen island and fire pit.

No noise allowed in community after 10pm
Any catering from outside vendors to be preapproved by the host

Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
