About the Space
This space has a beautiful Scandinavian and contemporary feel. The house has a lot of windows bringing loads of natural light. Adorned with over 100 plants the space is great for music video scenes, and photoshoots. This is a duplex town house with beautiful plant room, plush living room, large furnished backyard, and lots of parking. Lastly, the space also has a room with baby blue mic with kayotica eyeball, speakers, and mixer for recording as well. Perfect space to be creative and feel at home.

General Rules
No smoking inside the house (backyard or outside front is fine)
Outside catering is allowed (no cooking in the space)
Space has a house manager that is always onsite for any questions and maintenance.

We make sure the space is highly clean and disinfected. The home is cleaned before and after all rentals
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
