About the Space
Welcome to our beautiful spacious, upstairs open loft studio. with nice hardwood floors and large windows. This space can be used as a small music venue, yoga studio, meeting space or for company celebrations. Also included is an entryway lounge area, full kitchen and bathroom access.

Parking description
We have 8-10 free on-site parking and plenty of street parking available.
General Rules
* No smoking in or outside the building.
* Outside catering is allowed.
* No alcohol outside building.
* Please clean up spills as they occur and put all trash and recycling in bins upon departure.
*Guests are responsible for any damages during after event that requires repairs. Pictures will be taken before and after event.
* Please be respectful of the building structure and furniture in space.
* No Pets
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have ADT security cameras at building entrance and inside building entryway area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean and sanitize our space before and after each event and we have hand sanitizer and paper towels available. We also have an on-site dishwasher to sanitize and clean dishes and cookware.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
