About the Space
Our natural lit multipurpose space is 700 sq ft and comes equipped with granite top bar and sink! Features 86 in smart plasma TV, billiards pool table, and ping pong table. Perfect for meetings, presentations, events, classes, seminars, conferences and any business related settings! Comes with A/C, Wi-Fi, carpeted floors.

General Rules
1. NO FOOD/DRINKS (water in closed bottles are okay)
2. NO SMOKING/VAPING/CIGARETTES/CANNABIS/E-CIGARETTE/TOBACCO
3. NO MESSY PROPS, such as confetti, glitter, paint, anything that will stain, etc.
4. NO LARGE/HEAVY PROPS or EQUIPMENT* Please message us prior if you’re not sure what props/equipment is allowed.
5. NO PETS/ANIMALS
6. DO NOT MOVE Large furniture/game tables without notifying staff.
7. DO NOT POUR Food, solids, or anything that will damage and clog the sink. The sink is for hand washing ONLY.
Please include all set up and clean up time within your booking time. Going overtime, or requesting earlier access will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes.
Please be mindful of music/noise volume. Although music is allowed, please do not go overboard!
All children present (13 Years Old and under) must have proper guardian/adult accompaniment.
The space is under 24 hrs surveillance. This is for security purposes only.
Please turn off all electronics/lights before you leave!

Security cameras at public spaces only, such as entrances, hallways and conference rooms. Camera is also present in multipurpose space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Space is regularly vacuumed after usage. Surfaces are disinfected and cleaned.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
