About the Space

The space is perfect for photography enthusiasts and professionals who are looking for an affordable space that can manage the standard requests for great photography results, portrait photographers, headshot photography, explainer or unboxing videos, video podcasts, fashion photography, and even mentors can easily run small workshops here. There’s parking available inside the building by the unit, the Studio has an entertainment area with a 70" smart TV and Bluetooth speakers, airplay is available in case you want to display your tethering screen to a client. We also have a long desk with editing stations, you can bring your laptop and pair it with a 27" monitor available in our gear cart (via thunderbolt (mac) or HDMI (windows) for easy tethering purposes. We also have a MUAH section with a vanity LED mirror and a mini fridge with free waters. The Cyc Wall area has a 12ft H x 12ft W x 14ft L all-white infinity wall, we have available 2 Godox 600BM, modifiers of all sizes, and C-stands included in your day rate. We also have video lights available for rental, like Aputure 300D, 600D, Nova 300pc, Nanlites, and more. We currently have a RED Komodo and a Sony FX6 available for rental, you need to ask for that in advance, we accept Zelle, PayPal or Venmo on the spot. The Studio has a dressing room available for easy and quick wardrobe changes. The building has great common areas (not available for production matters) we have a wonderful lounge area where you can meet with your client and have a previous chat before the shoot, a full kitchen, an entertainment area, restrooms, and an unbeatable view of Lake Travis. Restrooms are available on the 4th floor (Lounge)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Really cozy space with easy access for load-in and parking, conveniently located just west of Austin. Infinity wall and lounge area allow for numerous set-up possibilities. We'll definitely be using this space more often for photo and video shoots!

Perfect place for the creative, this space has everything you need equipment, led light , smoke machine I was in creative heaven, you can practice here, create content, and so much more. If you haven’t booked her do so soon.

Holy cow this space was so perfect for our photo shoot. We must have used every corner of this studio for some actors headshots for a friend of mine looking to break into the industry. You can tell that this space was definitely created by a creative FOR creatives. We love the vibe and access to the equipment. We would 10/10 recommend this space for anyone looking for an epic spot for their photo shoot.
