SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front of the home facing the east driveway and entrance, camera 2 is located at the west entrance/driveway of the home, camera 3 is located on the front door facing the entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We have a profesional cleaner with 20 years of experience. We frequently receive compliments on the detailed cleaning that is evident upon arrival.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
