About the Space
Welcome—a hidden gem in the heart of the east side! This cottage house sits behind our home down a long driveway. We've designed this space to be functional and aesthetic to work for almost all your projects. Grace is an art director by trade so don't hesitate to ask us specifics about the space. There are two bedroom spaces (one larger with concrete floors that can easily be converted to a photo/video space), a living area, and lots of outdoor space in front of and behind the cottage.

We clean our space thoroughly between guests. If there's something specific you need cleaned or prepared for your booking please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
