About Second Chance Dance
Beautiful, Open space studio, perfect for you next Pop-up shops, bridal showers, Business Meetings, Rehearsals, photoshoots, podcasts, artshows, Tutorials, Makeup Classes, Baby Showers, Intimate Celebrations, Seminars Yoga Classes, or Workshops. Located in the heart of Roxborough, when you walk into the main lobby, there is a grass wall that has hooks to change out the signage to suit your event, a lobby area, with huge 6ft windows they look down over the main hall and a reception desk. Our main hall is a show stopper! This space boasts 20ft ceilings bringing in gorgeous bright light, 36ft of continuous mirrors, 2 separate bathrooms that both include changing areas and showers and small alcove area for your DJ or Emcee. We do offer table and chair covers, ballet barres, yoga mats, yoga blocks and floor lights, however; it is not included in the hourly rate. There will be a additional add on fee. WE WOULD LOVE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. JUST MESSAGE US!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

SWEET 16 BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! We had our daughter's Sweet 16 party here and could not have been happier!!! It was the perfect spot and the owner, Alyssa could not have been nicer and more helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

I threw my partner a 30th birthday party at Second Chance Dance and this space is what made the party such a success! We were so so happy with our choice to book with Alyssa. All of our guests were super impressed with the space. Alyssa was extremely accommodating and ensured all of our needs were met. We had to book in a bit of a time crunch and Alyssa allowed us to see the space in person on the same day we reached out to her via peer space. She explained all that the booking entailed clearly and was happy to address all of our questions and concerns before booking. As for the space itself, you’d never know how beautiful and spacious it is from driving past it. Inside, Alyssa has done so much with the space. There’s an upstairs lobby where our party guests could arrive and feel welcomed. Alyssa allowed us to decorate the lobby however we wanted and cleared out anything in the lobby that we requested. Same with the large event room downstairs where we had our party. Tables and chairs and covers were provided and Alyssa even helped us set up when she saw we were running a little late with set up. She went out of her way and had our backs! The speaker provided is quality and operated via Bluetooth. Alyssa helped me connect our iPad so we could use our own playlist. The mirrors in the event room make the room feel even bigger so I recommend not putting the curtain up though they offer it! Lights were also provided to help set the party mood. Even the bathrooms are extremely nice. They’re decorated and large (include changing space and area to get ready and place personal belongings). There are hooks for coats everywhere throughout the space for guests. Our party comfortably fit our 50 guests with plenty of room to get up and move around and dance. There was more than enough room for more people. On top of all of this, the price was very decent and we felt we got all we paid for. Book this space!!!!
