About the Space
Photoshoots, Lifestyle Shoots, Filming, Editorial Shoots, etc. will work well in my space. There is a first floor and second floor to the space with large windows in all rooms. There is plenty of natural and artificial lighting available as well as ample angles to shoot from various perspectives. My space offers a Dining room/Kitchen, Large upstairs bedroom, and Livingroom. Bathroom available if requested access ahead of time. This space is designed with a western/renaissance theme, including display shelves with books and items reflecting the American West and European Renaissance.

Must request access for bathroom ahead of time.
Must specify which room(s) you would like to shoot in - Livingroom, Kitchen/Dining, Bedroom. PRICE IS FOR ONE ROOM ONLY.
Items on the shelves and pictures on the walls may NOT be moved.
Livingroom Couch and bedroom bed & dresser may NOT be moved.
Dining room table & chairs may be moved with prior permission.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Recording devices in the livingroom by the stairs, bedroom by the closet, and kitchen by the fridge. Will be on when using the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is thoroughly cleaned between bookings according to guidelines from local health authorities to ensure safety.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
