There is street parking as well as parking across the street.

Special Restrictions: There is a strict “NO ALCOHOL” policy in place at New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene; please ask specifically about the use of alcohol for communion in connection with wedding ceremonies if it is desired. No electronic nor other equipment in the sanctuary may be moved without sufficient advance notice and express written permission to allow New Beginnings to move the equipment safely in advance of your event. There can be NO GLITTER used in the building. Glitter is very difficult and time-consuming to clean. Snow Removal: Whenever there is snowfall, the New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene (NBCN) church administrator will send out a blanket “all clear” email to all churches and ministries after the snow has been cleared, notifying them that it is now safe to access the building. You are required to provide the NBCN church administrator with the names and email addresses of the persons that must receive this notification. Also, if for any reason you have not received this notification, you are required to check with the NBCN church administrator to determine whether the premises are safe for use. Unless the snow has been removed and the premises are declared safe for use, you are not permitted to access the premises. The administrator will work with you on alternative arrangements. Insurance Coverage: The renter is required to execute and maintain a liability insurance policy to cover any liabilities resulting from their use of the NBCN church premises. This policy must include coverage for the pastors, officers, board members, and all church attendees, not only for personal injury but for any charges of misconduct. The policy must also include coverage for any property damage that occurs as a result of the usage of the grounds and the equipment by Renter staff or attendees. A copy of the insurance policy must be presented to the NBCN church at the signing of this building usage agreement. For single-use events, this paragraph may be stricken and initialed as non-applicable before signing below at the sole discretion of New Beginnings Church. Additionally, the insurance policy must name New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene as an additional insured. The limits of insurance should be the same as that held by the organization. Evidence should be provided via an Acord Certificate of Insurance. The renter is in charge and control of the building and grounds during their specified usage time and is therefore responsible to ensure that all measures be taken to ensure the public safety of all persons in the building and on the grounds of New Beginnings during their specified usage time. The renter thereby indemnifies New Beginnings from any responsibility for personal injury or damage to property that occurs during that usage time. We strongly recommend that children be supervised by responsible adults at all times when the building is in use to prevent personal injury and to avoid damage to equipment and other property of New Beginnings. Care of Facility: The chairs and tables may be rearranged but must be reset as found to their configuration upon entry. No equipment or supplies may be stored in any fire exit hallway or classroom space. Equipment and supplies to be stored on the premises may be stored in Closet A unless otherwise agreed to via written alteration to this agreement, signed by both parties. Please make sure to include your setup and clean-up in your rental time. If you go over your booked time, you will be charged our regular hourly rate. CHECKLIST (to be completed following each use) Check restrooms for running toilets or sinks Make sure the nursery light is off and the door locked (if used) Turn off all lights (leave outside light on) All tables and chairs that are used must be put away as originally found If the facility is rented with the use of sound and media equipment it must be turned off properly and equipment left hooked up as originally found.
