About Workbox River North

The Erie Conference Room is located in the heart of River North. It is a large meeting room with flexible arrangements including boardroom, classroom, and theater styles. The room comes equipped with Zoom Room capabilities, whiteboards, and privacy blinds. The room can function in many ways including board meetings, presentations, trainings, guest speakers, and more.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Grace was wonderful to work with in getting the place set up. Had to change the arrangement twice and she made it easy. The space was PERFECT. All week I got compliments about how well the space was designed for the meeting. Really great when you hear that because off sites can be bad logistically.
