About the Space
Welcome to our massive industrial oasis! We offer a gorgeous, large industrial style space with sunlight shining throughout the space and from massive skylights on our upper floor. The space is adorned with hardwood floors, wood and industrial exposed beams, soft warm light fixtures and exposed brick provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our space has two entrances, one connects to our cannabis retail area which is separate from the space. The other entrance leads to first to a small family/conference room area that holds about 40 people sitting. You then go up the stairs to our main area with kitchen, and can hold up to 100 people standing. There is air conditioning and heat throughout the space with beautiful private bathroom, kitchen prep area and RING alarm system. Our downstairs social room is set at a $350 flat rate and our upstairs is set at $200 per hour. We require a $250 security deposit for all bookings. We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up, each an hour. We're happy to help you with both to expedite the process. Our space is situated just a five-minute walk from the Highland Avenue Train Station which connects goes directly to and from NYC. We have DJ, Catering, Photography, Event Decor Rental and other amenities available.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We hosted an event for approx 65 people in the upstairs area of the space and it was quite comfortable, didn’t feel crowded. The space is charming and a great layout for a casual party with most of our guests standing or seated at the bar. Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful! We would consider renting both floors of the side for an event of more than 80. Only request for next time would be the ability to block the view of kitchen area (perhaps with a curtain that you could pull across) but I believe the staff is already addressing that! 5/5 highly recommend.
