Beautiful Studio Kitchen and Tasting Room in Flatbush Brooklyn

The "Tasting Room" is a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen fully equipped with commercial cooking appliances located inside of the food hall at the Flatbush Central Caribbean Market. The tasting room is equipped with live streaming remote monitored cameras capable of connecting directly to popular social media platforms. The space is versatile and intimate with adaptable lighting, skylight, and retractable glass doors for increased capacity (subject to additional cost). The newly build Flatbush Central is located directly under Caton Flats which host 255 apartments. The Flatbush Central Caribbean Marketplace (FKA “Flatbush Caton Market”) (FCM) was established in 2000 and serves as a home to 30+ Caribbean, West African, and Central American retailers. FCM businesses offer a range of goods and services, including clothing, music, dry and prepared foods, personal care products, hair styling and barbering services, home goods, custom printing, electronics and more. The "Tasting Room" is currently accessible during the following time frames. Monday 8:00AM - 4:00PM Tuesday-Thursday 8:00AM - 8:00PM Friday & Saturday 8:00AM - 9:00PM and Sundays 8:00AM - 7:00PM Times include arrival/setup, and cleaning/breakdown. Cannot arrive earlier than start time. Space must be cleaned and guests must be out by end time. We offer porters for cleaning at $20 per hour, on-site security (weekends only), guest wi-fi access and have designated staff available for general assistance and troubleshooting (Tues-Sat). Your rental includes access to commercial grade tabletop appliances like our Vitamix blender, Robot Coupe food processor, immersion blenders, stand mixers and more. We also have simple eating utensils and some larger serving plates available for use, please verify what's available during your virtual or on-site tour.
