The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities before and after event has taken place. Cleaning fee is $165 + gst or $220 if alcohol is being served We provide x2 kitchen bins and x1 wheely bin for renter use. Any extra rubbish must removed by yourself off property All rubbish to be cleared from space prior to bump out, Boxes flattened and garbage bags removed *Bins located in garage with access using fob, turn left once you exit onto beaconsfield lane
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
