About the Space
This law firm overlooks the New York City bay which is unusual! Two small offices plus a medium size conference room with a small kitchen area are all available for production. Enter into the space at a good sized and traditional receptionist's desk. Perfect set up for your work-themed photos or scene. Note: We rep another small office on this same hall that can be booked together as well. Security deposit: $750/day. Let us know if you'd like to scout.

Parking description
There's a small lot at the office, for one passenger car only, if available. Trucks or vans can unload EQ in the lot, move the car out and return to load back up. Free street parking nearby as well as a metered lot 2 blocks away.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned. We allow for time in between bookings. We expect production to be vaxxed and tested (owners are vaxxed) and to provide any supplies as are needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
