About the Space
5500 sq ft in Oakland's uptown district. Office has a shared workspace area with fully stocked desks, a conference room, and three edit suites. Everything can be moved around to make the space whatever you need it to be. There is also a large outdoor space with string lights and a table and chairs to gather. The space is perfect to use for a film shoot, as a work space for a small team, or for meetings.

Parking description
There is a small lot on premise that can fit 4-5 cars of 2-3 trucks for gear. Otherwise there is unmetered street parking on the same block and metered parking a block away. There is also a parking lot nearby that can be rented out.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras surveying the exterior of the building as well as the common areas inside - Specifically around the entrances.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The office follows all COVID safety protocols and we have a cleaning crew come after each shoot to ensure the space is safe and clean for the next guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
